TechTide provides cloud-based disaster recovery, enterprise resource planning, and catering management solutions. Services are provided "as-is" with availability commitments outlined in our SLA.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by TechTide and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
TechTide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by applicable law.
